1. Acceptance
By using the StarGPT iOS app or website, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.
2. Service
StarGPT provides AI chat, video, audio, image, voice, vision, and PDF tools, with free and paid access.
3. Accounts
- Provide accurate registration information
- You are responsible for account security
- One account per person
- We may suspend accounts for Terms violations, abuse, or non-payment
4. Payments
- iOS subscriptions are billed through Apple
- Web subscriptions and credits are billed through Razorpay
- Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled
- Refunds follow Apple or Razorpay rules for that purchase
5. Acceptable use
- No illegal, harmful, or abusive content
- No bypassing usage limits or reverse engineering
- No sharing credentials or automating the service without permission
- No generating copyrighted material you do not have rights to use
6. Intellectual property
- The app, site, and brand are StarGPT property
- You retain rights to your prompts and uploads
- You are responsible for content you generate and how you use it
- We may remove content that violates these Terms
7. Privacy
Data use is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Liability
- The service is provided as is
- We do not guarantee uptime or AI accuracy
- Liability is limited to fees you paid in the prior 12 months
9. Changes and termination
We may change features, pricing, or these Terms. You may cancel anytime. We may terminate accounts for violations or operational need.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts in Mumbai.
